The Dicey Writers Trivia Night

In the middle of August, the iconic Irish pub’s bistro area will be inundated with fun facts and knowledge in an attempt to raise much-needed funds for the SCWC.

Raffle tickets, door prizes and trivia shenanigans with collective prizes valued at more than $1000 will be offered in an attempt to raise funds for the many initiatives the Centre champions, such as the Young Writers Program.

It gives the Centre an opportunity to raise funds to contribute to more community events. The Young Writers Group is just one of an enormous roster of initiatives spearheaded by the SCWC, including workshops, seminars and talks geared towards writers from all walks of life. The Centre has been involved with programs for women, young people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD), Indigenous people and people with disabilities.

Bookings are encouraged and are available for groups of ten at $45, with single tickets at $10.
