Life Free From Stigma Writing Competition 2017
Inspired by World AIDS Day, the South Coast Writers Centre is holding a writing competition, themed "life free from stigma". Works written for this competition do not have to be about HIV/AIDS specifically, but should involve awareness of stigmas that various people face. We encourage writers to use words as medicine and, through that, invite readers to think of others kindly.
Entry costs $5 per person (for a maximum of three submissions).
To enter, submit 40 lines of poetry or up to 750 words of prose fiction to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure your submission includes the title of your piece, but not your name. All entries will be judged blindly. You may opt in for feedback.
Competition entry can be payed via PayPal below or via bank transfer. For more information and bank transfer details, please contact us or call 4228 0151.
